Sunday - Thursday per person per night. Ranging from €45 (continental) €50 (full Irish cooked)

Please note that all prices are inclusive of breakfast and private parking for 1 car per room strictly.

We accept the following Credit/Debit Cards: Master Card, American Express, Visa Delta, Maestro, Electron and Laser.

There is a 3% fee on all credit card payments, except laser. Payment on arrival is much appreciated.

Berkeley House is a Non Smoking Residence.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations require a valid credit card number with expiry date and security code. Cancellations made within 7 days incurrs 50% of total, cancellations made within 48hrs incurrs 100% of total. Cancellations made in regard of bank holiday weekends incurr 100% of total if cancelled within 7 days. We are not responsible for loss of numbers. The rate quoted must be paid, no exceptions.

Please telephone immediately in the event of cancellation. Should it be necessary to cancel or amend a booking without sufficient prior notice, a financial penalty applies:

A €10.00 charge per key will be deducted for non return of house keys

In the event of damage to the property, assessment will be made, charged and acted on accordingly.
